Through ‘Career Counselling in the Learn Local Sector – a Pilot Model’ (funded by ACFE – CAIF 11), Carringbush developed a suite of pathways guidance resources targeted to support long-term unemployed CALD adult learners with low levels of English language, literacy and numeracy.

The resources are designed to be applied directly or adapted to suit the context of your organisation and the unique needs of your learners. This is a “live” set of resources, which Carringbush will continue to develop and add to.

The resource pack includes:

• Career Counsellor recruitment and training resources

• Career Counsellor resources for engaging and supporting their clients

• Resources for the clients to use with guidance from the Career Counsellor or independently
