Margaret has worked in a variety of educational settings in Australia and Asia-Pacific for 30 years, specialising in both commerce and ESL. Margaret worked as a teacher at Carringbush before becoming manager in 2012. She has a real passion for creating an organisational culture in which the students’ lives are enriched in a meaningful way.
Cathy has worked extensively in English language and literacy, having taught EAL to students in Melbourne and Beijing at high schools and in community settings. As the Education Manager of Carringbush, Cathy is the first point of contact for new and referred students, assessing and inducting students before they commence classes.
Laura has an extensive history in volunteer management, teaching and resource development in EAL programs. Laura joined Carringbush in 2014 and currently manages the Carringbush Volunteer Program and Adult Literacy Program. She also teaches Learn Local classes for CALD women.
Swapna holds a Certified Practising Accountants (CPA) Australia and a Chartered Management Accountant (CIMA) UK. She joined Carringbush in 2014 following extensive finance experience in Sri Lanka and Australia, with firms including KPMG, Myer and Easton Builders.
